Job Summary
Provide personal care support and assist with daily routines for pediatric clients on the autism spectrum with behavioral health needs. Support positive behaviors, facilitate emotional regulation, and offer companionship and engagement to help children and families navigate unique challenges. Create a safe, patient, and supportive environment while building trust and remaining calm during moments requiring structure. This Saturday/Sunday part-time role involves six-hour shifts totaling thirteen hours weekly. Candidates must have prior direct support experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
