Job Summary
Pediatric Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse provides medical and comfort-focused care to pediatric patients and their families, works with an Interdisciplinary Group to plan and evaluate care, performs nursing and case management duties, documents per hospice protocol, and travels to patient homes across Oahu; requires Hawai‘i RN license and BLS/CPR; shifts typically 8-4:30 or 8-6:30; field-based with travel.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse License in the State of Hawai‘i
- CPR BLS Certification
- TB clearance
- Drug screen & physical exam
- Valid Hawai‘i Driver’s License
