Pediatric Cardiac ICU(NP)

Conduct critical care for children with congenital and acquired heart disease, including those recovering from cardiac surgery, within a 23-bed Pediatric Cardiac ICU. Collaborate with a specialized team across medicine, nursing, respiratory therapy, social work, case management, and child life to support patients. Contribute to a culture of safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based cardiac critical care in a nationally recognized academic environment affiliated with Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
