Pediatric Cardiac ICU(NP)

Provide critical care for children with congenital and acquired heart disease, including those recovering from cardiac surgery, within a 23-bed Pediatric Cardiac ICU. Collaborate daily with a specialized team comprising medicine, nursing, respiratory therapy, social work, case management, and child life to support patients across the Mid-South region. Contribute to a culture of safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based cardiac critical care within a nationally recognized academic environment affiliated with Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
