Job Summary
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles for children and families. Analyze behavioral data to make evidence-based treatment recommendations and provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship in accordance with BCBA standards. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care while maintaining accurate documentation within regulatory guidelines. This on-site role in Middleburg, FL, supports positive patient outcomes through quality clinical services and individualized interventions within a collaborative, patient-first culture.
Required Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current Florida licensure or eligibility for licensure, if required by state regulations
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
- This is an on-site position and is not eligible for remote work
- Candidates must be able to work in person at our location
