Job Summary
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism spectrum disorder. Provide clinical oversight to BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians while monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans based on data-driven outcomes. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members including SLPs, OTs, and PTs to ensure consistency and carryover across environments. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines and model treatment strategies to support skill generalization. Full-time outpatient role with competitive compensation ranging from $65,000 to $90,000.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active state licensure (if applicable)
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
- Commitment to compassionate, family-centered and ethical ABA services
