Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism spectrum disorder. Provide clinical oversight to BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians while monitoring client progress and modifying treatment plans based on data-driven outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including SLPs, OTs, and PTs, to promote skill carryover across environments. Model treatment implementation through direct client interaction and coaching to ensure treatment fidelity. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with payer, regulatory, and ethical standards.
