Job Summary
As a Pediatric BCBA in outpatient care, provide evidence-based ABA services to children with autism and related diagnoses. Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs, supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, monitor progress with data-driven adjustments, and collaborate with families to ensure consistency across environments. Work with interdisciplinary team members (SLP, OT, PT) and maintain accurate documentation per regulatory and payer guidelines. Demonstrate treatment fidelity, model plan implementation with clients, and support skill generalization while contributing to a culture of clinical excellence and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active state licensure (if applicable)
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
- Commitment to compassionate, family-centered and ethical ABA service
