Job Summary
Pediatric BCBA in outpatient setting delivering ABA services to children (primarily with autism) and collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team. Conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, provide supervision to BCaBAs and RBTs, monitor progress with data-driven adjustments, ensure treatment fidelity, and support skill generalization while maintaining documentation and compliance with regulatory/payer guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active state licensure (if applicable)
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
- Commitment to compassionate, family-centered and ethical ABA services
