Job Summary
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism spectrum disorder. Provide clinical oversight and supervision to BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians while monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans based on data-driven outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including SLPs, OTs, and PTs, and partner with families to ensure consistency and carryover across environments. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and payer guidelines. This outpatient role at Great Strides Rehabilitation focuses on improving communication, social skills, adaptive behavior, and functional independence through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active state licensure (if applicable)
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
- Commitment to compassionate, family-centered and ethical ABA services
