Job Summary
Implement and adjust therapy interventions with supervising SLPs to improve children's communication abilities. Document services in the EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations. Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care for Spanish-speaking families at the outpatient clinic. This role supports a mission-driven, multidisciplinary team at Therapitas, a leading non-profit pediatric therapy provider in Oklahoma City.
Required Qualifications
- SLPA - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Oklahoma SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience or interest in pediatrics
