Job Summary
Collect and record client progress data during and after Applied Behavior Analysis sessions. Implement individualized Behavior Plans designed to reduce problem behaviors and teach new skills using evidence-based strategies to support skill acquisition. Assist children with Autism and behavioral challenges in unlocking their potential through hands-on application of behavioral health techniques. Requires passing state and federal background checks, including child abuse clearances and FBI fingerprinting. Must have reliable transportation to client locations in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field preferred.
