Administer anesthesia for pediatric surgical cases with occasional adult procedures during 10-hour shifts covering day, night, and call schedules. Maintain 100% hands-on involvement while supervising CRNAs. Provide call duties one week per month for two days per week, including weekend and weeknight coverage with low-volume callbacks.
