Job Summary
Supervise 1 to 3 operating rooms with CRNA support in a care team model across inpatient and OR facilities in Webster, Texas. Manage anesthesia services for a 100% pediatric patient population within a large tertiary surgical program that includes Obstetric coverage and dedicated Cardiovascular call support. Provide day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, with overnight and weekend call from home. Maintain flexibility to support multiple affiliated facilities as needed while residing outside a 50-mile radius.
Required Qualifications
- Pediatric Anesthesiologist
- Prescriptive Authority
- Supervision
- Supervising 1 to 3 ORs with CRNA support
- Day shifts of 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
- Overnight call from home on weekdays
- Call from home on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
- Obstetric coverage
- Cardiovascular call support
- 100% pediatric patient population
- Flexibility to support multiple affiliated facilities as needed
- Reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
