Job Summary
Pediatric anesthesiologist needed for locum tenens coverage south of Seattle, WA. Responsibilities include 100% hands-on anesthesia for neonatal and pediatric cardiac cases, pediatric cardiac catheterizations, and patients with congenital heart disease undergoing both cardiac and noncardiac procedures. Role requires supervising CRNAs and participating in a 1:3 weeknight beeper call (5:30 PM–7:30 AM) plus 24-hour weekend coverage, Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:30 PM. Board certification and pediatric cardiac fellowship training are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification Required: Yes
- Board certification and pediatric cardiac fellowship training are essential requirements
- MD degree (licensure as physician)
- Inpatient OR anesthesia experience for pediatric cardiac cases
- Neonatal cardiac anesthesia experience
- Pediatric anesthesia for congenital heart disease procedures
