Pediatric Anesthesiologist

Provide pediatric anesthesia coverage in an inpatient setting at a Level II trauma center in Tacoma, WA, managing cases across cardiac, orthopedic, neurosurgical, and thoracic specialties. Perform required procedures including spinal anesthesia, open heart anesthesia, central line placement, and arterial line placement, while also delivering preferred services such as general anesthesia, pain management, and post-operative epidurals. Evaluate and manage acute volume and blood pressure issues. Maintain 24-hour call coverage with a 30-minute response time and a 1:2 call ratio. Requires an active Washington license, Board Certification, and BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ABLS certification. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered.
