Job Summary
Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecologist needed to join Optum NY, splitting time between two outpatient locations in Yorktown Heights and Poughkeepsie. Maintains a Pediatric & Adolescent Gynecology practice with one other physician in a collegial group with a large referral base. Excellent support staff and practice management systems enable practice at the top of your license within a patient-centered, team-based environment. Sub-specialty training is preferred but not required. Opportunity for research; Epic EMR system in use; competitive compensation with potential incentives; NY salary range disclosed. This role focuses on delivering high-quality care and advancing pediatric/adolescent gynecology within a national Optum/UnitedHealthcare platform.
Required Qualifications
- Able to Obtain Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
- Able to Obtain BE/BC Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Able to Obtain Completion of subspecialty training in pediatric and adolescent gynecology and minimally invasive surgery in children
- Able to Obtain Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
