Job Summary
Adolescent Medicine physician sought to join UNC Chapel Hill's Adolescent Medicine Section within GPAM. Role focuses on outpatient adolescent medicine care in Raleigh and/or Chapel Hill with inpatient consults as needed and potential expansion. Opportunities include care in youth detention centers, psychiatric inpatient collaboration, Hematology-Adolescent Medicine clinic support for reproductive health and hematologic conditions, and engagement in academic, research, and teaching activities. Requires fellowship training in Adolescent Medicine, board certification or eligibility, and NC medical licensure; open-rank, fixed-term faculty appointment with 40-hour work week and day schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of post-residency fellowship training in Adolescent Medicine
- Board certification or board eligibility in Adolescent Medicine
- Eligibility for medical licensure in the state of North Carolina
