Job Summary
Pediatric Adolescent Medicine physician needed to join the Adolescent Medicine Section within the Division of General Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at UNC Chapel Hill. Outpatient adolescent medicine care in Raleigh and/or Chapel Hill with as-needed inpatient consultative services and opportunities to expand clinical programs (e.g., youth detention centers, youth psychiatric inpatient facility, hematology-adolescent medicine collaboration, reproductive health topics, and eating disorders). Faculty appointment with opportunities for teaching, curriculum development, research, and collaboration across centers (including telehealth and resident/student education). Requires fellowship in Adolescent Medicine and board certification or eligibility; licensure in North Carolina. Work type is full-time with standard hours (40 per week). Location: Chapel Hill, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of post-residency fellowship training in Adolescent Medicine
- Board certification or board eligibility in Adolescent Medicine
- Eligibility for medical licensure in the state of North Carolina
