The role emphasizes clinical outpatient care in Adolescent Medicine, potential inpatient consults, and active involvement in academic, research, and teaching activities, including medical student and resident supervision, curriculum development, and participation in outpatient specialty clinics based on program growth and faculty interests. Board-certified or board-eligible in Adolescent Medicine with eligibility for North Carolina licensure is required.
