Job Summary
Pediatric-Adolescent Medicine Physician (MD/DO) sought to join UNC Chapel Hill's Adolescent Medicine Section within GPAM. Primary outpatient adolescent medicine care in Raleigh and/or Chapel Hill with occasional inpatient consults; opportunities for collaboration with youth detention centers, pediatric psychiatry affiliate, reproductive health services, and hematology-adolescent clinics. Faculty appointment with potential for teaching, research, and program growth; involvement in clinical, educational, and scholarly activities. Board-certified or board-eligible in Adolescent Medicine; post-residency fellowship in Adolescent Medicine; NC medical licensure eligibility. The role emphasizes multidisciplinary care, collaboration with NPs, LCSWs, and pediatricians, and a commitment to adolescent health with opportunities for expansion and academic activity.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Adolescent Medicine
- Completion of post-residency fellowship training in Adolescent Medicine
- Eligibility for medical licensure in the state of North Carolina
