Job Summary
Lead the launch and growth of a new outpatient ABA clinic in Butler, PA, while managing clinical operations, team recruitment, marketing, and business development. Collaborate with Ivy Rehab's support team to handle legal, compliance, payor contracts, revenue cycle, and IT systems, allowing you to focus on patient care and scaling your practice. You will graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program and hold a current or pending BCBA license, with pediatric experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license or certification
- Graduation from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program
