Job Summary
Guide a group of up to 16 toddlers aged 2 to 4 years using a structured daily routine and the Uk & Puk educational program, focusing on language, social skills, and early numeracy. Actively involve parents and caregivers in monitoring individual child development while maintaining a warm, safe environment that encourages play-based learning. Prepare children for a smooth transition to primary school through targeted activities and consistent support. The role requires a SPW-3/4 diploma or relevant MBO qualification, a VVE certificate, and proficiency in Dutch at level 3F. Full-time positions offer a salary between €2,990 and €3,992 per month, including travel reimbursement, annual bonus, and a vitality budget. Located in Amsterdam Zuid, this position is part of the Groep Maatschappelijke Kinderopvang team dedicated to providing high-quality early education in the community.
Required Qualifications
- SPW-3/4 diploma of een relevante mbo-opleiding voor de kinderopvang
- VVE certificaat
- Voldoen aan de taaleisen voor de VE-regio Amsterdam, met een minimaal niveau van 3F voor spreken, lezen en luisteren, en 2F voor schrijven
- Affiniteit met peuters
- Betrokkenheid en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
