Job Summary
Conduct individual care and group activities for children aged 0 to 12 across multiple locations in the Nijmegen region, including kinderdagverblijf and buitenschoolse opvang settings. Provide individual attention such as feeding babies or facilitating challenging play, while coordinating daily closures through singing or storytelling. Plan and lead outdoor sports, cooking sessions, and theater productions to encourage child participation and talent development. Send daily updates via the parent app and collaborate with diverse teams on rotating schedules ranging from 8 to 27 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and/or athleticism with a passion for working with children
- A diploma allowing work at a buitenschoolse opvang OR a relevant hbo study qualifying according to cao-kinderopvang with availability of at least two middagen per week for a minimum period of six months OR a relevant wo study qualifying according to cao-kinderopvang with availability of at least two middagen per week for a minimum period of 12 months including a boventallige inwerkperiode of 50 uur
- Authorization to work within the kinderopvang sector
- IKK language certification for work at a kinderdagverblijf
- Certificaat babyspecialist (training to be followed upon hiring if not yet possessed)
Desired Qualifications
- Availability of at least two days per week, preferably on Monday, Tuesday, and/or Thursday
