Job Summary
Conduct daily care and development support for children across twelve IKC locations in West-Friesland as a flexible pedagogical professional. Maintain full control over your own schedule while rotating between different sites to build strong bonds with children and teams. Prioritize direct engagement with the child's well-being, minimizing administrative tasks through the use of a dedicated flexpool system. Work within a collaborative environment where education and childcare are integrated to optimize child development.
Required Qualifications
