Coordinate after-school care (BSO) and evening programs at the kind center Wereldwijzer, ensuring children feel seen, heard, and at home in a safe, stimulating environment. Collaborate with the school team and bridge officer to maintain a consistent developmental line between education and care, adapting activities to children's interests while connecting school themes to the after-school setting. Manage full-day supervision during school holidays and study days, creating varied schedules that support healthy lifestyles through outdoor play, movement, and nutritious food options. Work flexibly with a diverse student population, setting clear boundaries while remaining open to individual needs.
Required Qualifications
