Job Summary
Conduct daily care and educational activities for older children at the IKC Socrates TOP BSO, working thematically and creatively with full autonomy. Manage group dynamics within a consistent, safe environment where younger children remain near their classroom while older ones explore independently in the dependance. Deliver targeted TOP activities every four weeks that align with children's experiences to foster development and self-reliance. Rotate as a fixed staff member on Tuesdays and Fridays, while also serving as a substitute educator for other days. Requires MBO-3 level education, language certification, and BHV/VVE qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Een relevante afgeronde opleiding op minimaal MBO-3 niveau
