Job Summary
Accept deposits, verify identities, and process transactions including debit cards, cashier's checks, and loan payments while maintaining accurate cash counts and drawer balances. Evaluate holds per REG CC guidelines, assist with branch opening/closing procedures, and serve as a witness for audits and safe deposit box admittance. Solve customer problems via phone and in person, promote products and community projects, and support cross-training duties for ATM and vault operations. Work 10am–2pm peak-time shifts in a retail branch environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent education experience
- job-related experience in processing proof and retail banking operations
- ability to be friendly with the customer

- ability to maintain control over each transaction
