Job Summary
Handle routine financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, advances, loan payments, and merchant transactions while providing a warm welcome to customers and non-customers alike. Inform clients of other products and services that meet their needs and assist in helping them make better financial decisions. Work 15 hours per week with a sign-on bonus of $750 and eligibility for shift premiums. Requires a high school diploma, at least one year of customer service experience, and the ability to stand for extended periods or lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift bags/boxes of coin weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
