Job Summary
Provide front-facing member service at the Junction Road branch by accurately and enthusiastically processing a variety of transactions. Maintain high knowledge of UW Credit Union products to ensure requests are handled efficiently while adhering to Cash Management policies. Research transactions when errors are identified and communicate with affected members. Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through rapport building, uncovering needs, making recommendations, and submitting referrals to exceed member expectations. Achieve balanced scorecard results aligned with the Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Demonstrates ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal and professional skills
- Team player that can confidently jump in where and when you are needed
- Ability to work in an autonomous environment
- Valid work authorization to work for UWCU on the date of hire
