Job Summary
Part-time Peak Time Client Relationship Consultant at U.S. Bank in El Cerrito, CA. Builds and fosters client relationships through proactive outreach (including outbound calling) and follow-up to understand financial needs and banking preferences. Performs teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, ATM, bag drops, balancing cash drawer) within bank policies. Develops new business and expands existing relationships. Requires NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and related background/credit checks. Strong math, negotiation, and communication skills; experience in sales/customer service preferred; high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications

- Typically has one year of related banking experience or commensurate training in sales and customer service experience
- NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z; criminal background and credit check may be required
