Job Summary
Conduct peak-time client relationship activities including proactive outbound calling, follow-ups, and inquiries about financial needs and banking preferences. Accurately complete teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, ATM services, bag drops, and daily cash drawer balancing within bank policies. Actively develop new business and expand existing customer relationships while maintaining NMLS registration requirements. Work flexible M-F and Saturday shifts during peak business hours with a specified schedule of less than 20 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related banking experience or commensurate training in sales and customer service experience
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Satisfactory criminal and credit record
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
