Job Summary
The Peak Season Repair Specialist repairs vehicle glass using Safelite technology, learning and applying the Safelite Way of Fitting under supervision, repairing chips and cracks, managing work orders and customer documentation via the Safelite MRM system, promoting Safelite promotional items, performing housekeeping tasks in the vehicle and shop, safely operating tools and company vehicles, and contributing to high-quality customer service with a focus on safety and professionalism. Includes on-the-job training, certification, and opportunities to progress toward full-time employment. Essential duties also cover customer communication, adherence to policies, and supporting a positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent Preferred
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and any other licenses required by law to operate a company vehicle
- On-the-job Safelite SafeTech certification
