Job Summary
Peak Season Repair Specialist using Safelite technology to repair vehicle glass, including chips and cracks, with a focus on quality and customer happiness. The role includes learning and applying Safelite repair techniques, managing work orders and customer communication through the Safelite Mobile Resource Management system, promoting Safelite promotional items, performing housekeeping tasks inside the shop and vehicle, and safely operating company vehicles and tools. The position supports driving duties, adherence to safety policies, and collaboration with experienced technicians to transition toward full-time employment. Training is provided through classroom and hands-on Safelite SafeTech certification.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent (Preferred)
- Valid state-issued driver’s license (and any other licenses as required) to operate a company vehicle
- On-the-job training/completion of Safelite SafeTech certification
