Job Summary
Peak Season Repair Specialist responsible for vehicle glass repairs (chips/cracks) using Safelite technology, with classroom and hands-on training. Provide top-tier customer service, manage work orders and customer documentation via the Safelite Mobile Resource Management system, promote Safelite items, and perform prep/cleanup tasks in vehicles and shop. Must safely operate company vehicles and tools, adhere to safety and PPE standards, and be flexible with start/end times to meet customer needs. Training leading to potential full-time employment, with emphasis on quality workmanship and Safelite’s service standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent
- Valid state-issued driver’s license (and any other licenses as required by law)
- On-the-job training and Safelite SafeTech certification
