Assess physical conditions and nursing needs of patients using the nursing process and evidence-based practice to develop collaborative plans of care. Provide patient-centered, specialized, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum while performing all functions of a professional clinical nurse appropriate for age and development. Identify ways to improve patient experience, streamline care processes, and lower costs through proactive risk management and crisis intervention. Collaborate with physicians and the interprofessional team to problem solve and ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.
