Job Summary
Teach beginner-friendly Tennis/Pickleball sessions for elementary school students (Grades K–5) across the Bay Area during after-school programs, summer camps, and Saturday clinics. Lead sessions with provided lesson plans, manage class sizes (8–16), attend training/shadowing before starting, handle attendance and sign-ins, interact with parents/school staff, and capture class photos for documentation. Programs run September–June with summer months (June–August) dedicated to tennis/pickleball camps; opportunities exist for coaching at multiple school sites with equipment provided. Roles require in-person work, local residency, and eligibility to work in the U.S. Applicants must be 19+, have transportation, be vaccinated, and complete a short bio/photo upload as part of the application process. The organization emphasizes fun, active, and supportive environments for young beginners, with potential additional afternoon pre-care or longer hours during summer and Saturday clinics.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years old.
- Teaching or playing experience in Tennis is preferred but not mandatory.
- USPTA/PTR certification is a plus.
- Enjoy working with kids; patient, enthusiastic, and reliable.
- Good communication and class management skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have valid work permit to work in USA
- Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work.
