Measure student progress to encourage mastery of school district, state, and national standards. Create appealing lessons that implement a variety of methodologies while designing, planning, and implementing physical education classes for grades 11 and 12. Cultivate student awareness and ownership of personal performance by celebrating individual and collective accomplishments and teaching the importance of self-improvement. Expertise in outdoor games is preferable, with a B.PEd or M.PEd degree required and two years of experience preferred.
