PE TEACHER - ATKINS

PE Teacher responsible for delivering classroom instruction in physical education, overseeing student growth and assessment, and managing classrooms in accordance with CPSB policies. Works under principal or evaluator to plan lessons aligned to standards, motivate and engage students, present instructional content, structure lessons, select appropriate activities and materials, and assess student progress. Maintains effective communication and collaboration with parents and staff, participates in extracurricular activities, and adheres to TAP performance standards and district/state requirements. Performs duties related to grading, reporting, school improvement, attendance, professional development, and ensuring a safe, respectful learning environment.
