Job Summary
Teach Physical Education to 7th/8th grade and serve as an assistant Football Coach for 7th/8th grade and 8th grade Track Coach. Deliver curriculum-aligned instruction, implement varied instructional strategies, assess student performance, maintain records and communicate progress to parents, and participate in curriculum development and professional duties. Maintain classroom environment, supervise students during recess and after-school activities, and uphold district values and state statutes. Requires eligibility for AR licensure; 210-day contract with benefits; potential duties at Fort Smith locations; includes responsibilities such as after-school duties and lifting up to 40 pounds.
