Job Summary
Own operational and financial performance across a defined set of portfolio companies, driving revenue growth, margin management, and EBITDA outcomes. Oversee day-to-day operations at multiple clinic locations in the Western US with in-person presence, while coaching Clinic Managers and building scalable documentation systems. Lead operational integration of newly acquired clinics, managing vendor relationships and ensuring full compliance with business licenses and clinical standards. Set and track KPIs, partner with the executive team on reporting and forecasting, and execute growth levers including service menu optimization and retention programs. This role requires an MBA and 5+ years of operational experience, with a 50% travel requirement and competitive base salary plus equity.
