Job Summary

Qualified licensed civil-structural engineers (P.E. or S.E.) are sought for seismic risk assessment consulting and limited structural repair/seismic retrofit design. Responsibilities include regional travel for on-site assessments, performing structural calculations per building codes, conducting reconnaissance, project research, and completing seismic risk assessment reports. Applicants must demonstrate self-motivation, excellent communication, technical writing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering from an accredited university
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the field of structural engineering
  • P.E. License is required, S.E. is preferred
  • Solid understanding of modern buildings codes and seismic provisions
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
