Job Summary
Industrial Engineer I will support the Industrial Engineering Department in planning, designing, implementing, and managing integrated production and service delivery systems focused on performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence, and cost control. Key responsibilities include monitoring and improving quality and efficiency, designing production tooling, coordinating layout changes, preparing project time estimates, and analyzing workflow to maximize equipment and personnel utilization. Essential knowledge includes a broad application of industrial engineering tools, and proficiency in personal computers and relevant software is required. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding and application of broad range of industrial engineering tools
- Understanding of Jabil’s global strategies
- Strong analytical ability
- Able to implement continuous improvements
- Good communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Microsoft Visio
