Job Summary
Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist for a U.S. personal injury firm handles front-line client contact, screening leads for criteria, empathetic client advocacy, opening personal injury files, filing no-fault applications with 100% accuracy, and managing client data in the firm’s case management system. Requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, a Bachelor’s or Technical degree, 2+ years of U.S. Personal Injury law experience, and ability to work weekends. Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel and maintain strict confidentiality and filing standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in a related field (Mandatory)
- 2+ years of verifiable experience specifically within a U.S. Personal Injury law firm
- Complete understanding of how to open personal injury files and file no-fault applications
- English & Spanish Mastery: Full bilingual fluency
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Availability: Working schedule includes weekends
- Experience in client intake and legal administration
