Job Summary
Lead, direct, and execute strategic sourcing and vendor management for Project and Development Services (PDS), including supplier evaluation, RFPs, cost analytics, category strategies, deal strategy, and contract administration. Oversee S&P teams, drive supplier communications, ensure compliance, manage scorecards and risk, and collaborate with Americas leadership. Requires a BA/BS, 15+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and US work authorization without visa sponsorship. Location flexibility includes remote work from Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, or New York, with a focus on delivering value to projects, accounts, clients, and Synergy partners. MBA preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
- 15+ years strategic sourcing or related experience
- Excellent Inter-personal skills
- Strong Analytical Ability
- Proven ability to lead teams in decentralized environment
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written
- US work authorization without sponsorship
