Job Summary
Travel to client locations to perform paintless dent repairs (PDR); establish and maintain customer relationships; complete reporting and invoicing daily through company-provided technologies; effectively communicate with clients regarding current projects and upcoming needs identified via daily inventory reviews; partner with additional departments as applicable to ensure customer satisfaction; maintain company-provided tools and additional equipment per company standards.
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of paintless dent removal experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED)
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a social security card
- Must have a checking/savings account or a pay card with routing numbers for ACH
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to lift to 25 pounds
- Ability to sit, bend, squat, and hold various positions for long periods of time
- Complete a criminal background check
