Job Summary
Dispatch work brought into service by sales personnel and internal writers while coordinating parts delivery. Oversee quality of all PDI inspections and service repairs, maintaining a high morale through fair practices, a clean work environment, and organized shop support. Provide a high level of customer service and work with service management to create an efficient and profitable department. Manage and maintain all policy and procedures set in place. Lead with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to support staff throughout daily responsibilities and goal achievement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- 5 years of leadership experience within the RV or Powersports industry
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Reliable and strong work ethic
- Professional appearance
