Job Summary
The PDC Account Representative handles inbound customer calls, supports the inside sales team through accurate order processing and issue resolution, and identifies incremental sales opportunities during interactions. Responsibilities include handling the general sales line, conducting outbound prospecting, analyzing purchase history to identify growth, writing orders, providing order tracking, answering questions about past orders, meeting monthly and annual sales and gross margin targets, recommending products, quoting prices and terms, collaborating with the sales group to develop and market new products, maintaining pricing matrices, and providing on-the-job training to new team members. The role emphasizes high-quality customer experience, problem resolution, order entry, pricing support, and proactive sales activities in a primarily office-based environment in Dallas, TX. Qualifications emphasize an undergraduate degree or equivalent business experience and a valid driver’s license, with 2+ years in administrative or customer service settings and strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
