Job Summary
SDR/BDR role focused on outbound prospecting to Enterprise and Strategic Greenfield accounts, fueling pipelines by sourcing qualified opportunities, and supporting Account Executives. Responsibilities include value-based selling, communicating the business value proposition, adapting to the COM selling model, building relationships throughout the sales process, achieving sales goals, and maintaining accurate records in SFDC. Proficiency with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Demandbase is preferred. Basic qualifications include 1-2 years of outbound prospecting, strong communication, organization, adaptability, and a Bachelor's degree.
