Job Summary
Part-Time PD Teacher responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs for staff with a focus on physical fitness, sportsmanship, and student engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Education, Kinesiology, Sports Management, or related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years experience working in a school setting (instructional, behavioral, or operations-focused roles).
- Strong understanding of school structure, discipline systems, and professional communication.
- At least 2 years Experience as a Behavior Coach, Instructional Coach, or PD Facilitator.
- Background in behavior intervention, restorative practices, or compliance.
- Current TB clearance.
- Experience in fitness, coaching, or physical education.
- Experience working with children in structured activities.
- Must pass Megans Law check, drug test, and background check.
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Must be sports-specific certified.
Additional Requirements
- Must complete a full professional development course. If successfully passed, a $300 completion credit will be paid after hire in the first paycheck.
- Will be assigned to a designated school location.
